Call them for an oil change for our Volkswagen Atlas- They didn’t know what kind of oil it took. Told me that they would get back to me and they never did.
Called for a tire repair and booked an appointment for the next day. Process was quick and easy, just handed over my keys. They called me 30 minutes later, and it was ready. Very nice and professional. Will be my go to for future car problems.

I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago for an oil change and change tire which are on rims. I took the car in the night before because the appointment was at 8 am. Then my second car was booked for 10 am for a tire change (Rims on). I came in at ten to change cars and I was informed they never even looked at it. I advised them to call me when the first car was ready. It is now 2:15 pm and I have not received a call as of yet. They said they were busy with tire changes. My car had a appointment it should have been first because of the appointment, but not. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THERE METHOD OF OPERATION.
We have utilized Quick Lane's services since they first opened. Exceptional service. Quotes have been spot on. Staff is very helpful. And they have gone out of their way to get us going again quickly, when we've had two breakdowns. We couldn't ask more!
Had an appointment for off rim tire change. Came in on time, sat for 1/2 hour then was told they didn't have time to do tired today.. rescheduled for 3 days later. Took 1 hrs and 20 mins to do the changeover.. .. took $20 off for inconvenience but still came to $10 more than my last tire changeover in the fall. Time to mosey on into brantford from now on.
Decent service held hostage by shocking pricing. $210 for a synthetic oil change. Ample parking, friendly staff and clean waiting area with complimentary wifi. I can’t afford to go back here, unfortunately. Edit: I was contacted the next morning stating I was overcharged. In the end, the oil change cost $120. This company is now owned by Blue Star Ford (Simcoe)
